Little brother, again...
I already talked about his big sister. But here are some of her little brother......
Waking up is a hard thing to do.... Even when you are 10 days old.
Just too cute! This one was later on used for the birth announcements.
And of course a picture of him and his big sister had to be taken.
Really such a cool little brother, right?

The new little brother
"This is what he looks like! And you hold him like this! He is really, really small, you know?"
Loved chatting with Nina about her little newborn brother. Just so sweet!

Southport a safe haven
Yesterday I picked up the book of Nicholas Sparks called Safe Haven. Old school style, real paper back and all. I'd read about that they are making a film of this book this Summer here in NC.
So yes I have to admit, I love Nicholas Sparks books & movies. The Notebook, highly ranked in my movie top 10. And this books tells a story that takes place in the seaside town called Southport in North Carolina. Recently the local news told about how they were going to be filming the 4th of July parade and it's celebrations in the small town.
And I just can imagine how great this is going to look. Two months ago, I've visited the town for the first time and absolutely loved it!

Downtown with all the little shops. |
Lovely homes and beautiful gardens. |
Nice views and beautiful old trees in the streets. |
So just so you know, what I'm reading this Summer, I'll be seeing on the big screen next Summer! |
Enjoy! Wishing "Y'all" a wonderful 4th of July!
